Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of podstudiomedia.com and the services of Pod Studio & Media, a logo design and video production studio based in Jerusalem, Israel. By using our website, booking a service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use. All artworks, logos, designs, videos, animations, graphics, layouts and portfolio pieces displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Pod Studio & Media unless otherwise stated. You may NOT use, copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or display any content from this website without our prior written permission.

2. Watermarked Previews & Usage Rights. Watermarked previews, drafts and concepts remain our property at all times. Clients receive usage rights to the final deliverables only after full payment has been received. Until then, all materials remain ours and may not be used commercially.

3. Payments. One-time projects require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due before final delivery. Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed in its description; additional revision rounds are charged separately.

4. Subscriptions. Monthly plans renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans are billed annually and can be cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; fees already paid are not refunded.

5. Client Materials. You must own or hold the necessary rights to any materials (logos, footage, images, music, text) you supply to us, and you are responsible for any claims arising from materials you provide.

6. Delivery. Delivery timelines are good-faith estimates and may vary with project complexity, feedback speed and scope changes. Delays do not entitle you to automatic refunds or compensation.

7. Showcase Rights. We may display completed work in our portfolio, on this website and in our marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service concerned.

9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Israel.
